Nevila Dudaj is an award-winning hospitality and tourism executive and serial entrepreneur with more than 24 years of experience. She is the Founder and CEO of Adriatik Tours in the United States and the Owner and General Manager of the historic five-star Hotel Adriatik in Durrës, Albania. Her background spans luxury hospitality, business development, real estate, marketing, and media, and her work has been recognized by World Travel Awards, the International GM Awards, and the Business Leadership Award presented during the 80th UN General Assembly session.

Nevila is a member of the Forbes Business Council and serves on the Advisory Board of the University of New Haven. She is committed to elevating Albania and the wider Balkan region as business and tourism destinations, championing women’s voices through mentorship, and strengthening ties between businesses in the United States and the Balkans.

Kiril Savovski is an experienced finance and business executive with a strong background in financial management, insurance, corporate governance, and entrepreneurship. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive, leadership and advisory roles, combining financial expertise with strategic business development and international experience.

His professional and business activities span the United States and Europe. Kiril is committed to strengthening transatlantic economic ties, promoting cross-border investment, and creating opportunities for cooperation among businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
